PERRY – An upcoming briefing will describe how the Wyoming County Arts Council’s 2021 Letchworth Craft Show and Sale will play out in the village.
The execution plan for the show will be presented on September 2 at 7 p.m. at the Perry Firemen’s Building in the village park. Those who have questions can ask.
The event was designed with objectives including customer experience; supplier experience; community benefit; and the neighborhood experience.
“You should know that this festival is the main source of income for ACWC and therefore it is important that we all do our best to make it a success,” village officials said in a Facebook post.
The Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show and Sale will take place on Columbus Day weekend. It is ranked among the top 100 such festivals nationwide.
The event was canceled last year as a precaution against the COVID-19 pandemic. He moved to the village this year due to overcrowding issues at his traditional location in Letchworth State Park.
The arts and crafts fair and sale typically attracts around 30,000 or more people per day to Letchworth. The park has seen an increase in visits due to the pandemic and officials were concerned about overcrowding.
